I had an outstanding experience celebrating Mother's Day. Omar was exceptional and ensured that everything was perfect. Our waiter was not only attentive but also incredibly kind. Since this was my first visit, I am absolutely planning to return!
Everything from the ambiance, to the service, down to the food was fantastic! They knew we were celebrating our anniversary and they even had a happy anniversary card waiting at the table for us and they accompanied it with a complimentary dessert. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return!

had a wonderful dinner for my mothers birthday. ambiance was great, food was even better.
Family and I all got something we don’t normally order at any other restaurant, and we were glad that we did. My wife got the lobster pasta which was excellent and filling, my teenage son got the duck which he loved, and I got the rack of lamb, which was divine. I’d highly recommend venturing away from what you can get anywhere else; try something you’ve never eaten before. With Cafe Central, you cannot go wrong. We will be coming back for sure.
Just to say amazingly perfect. Everything was literally a 10/10 every dish and everyone who worked there. It was my first time having wagyu and holy **** was it phenominal I mean I sat back in bliss of how much flavor and tenderness there was. It truly made me look beyond the 125 price for the plate . Best dam calamari I've had not sure how they did but it was like cotton candy dissolving in your mouth. Escargot was very good just wish it had cheese on it but it wasn't grainy like your eating sand. Pork loin chop and prime rib where 10/10 but my meal was still better. They had a happy birthday card already on our table which was a nice surprise. The cake at the end was so delicious too.
Upscale dining with dress code. The service is great because of a fine staff. The wine selection is unending, most folks would not be disappointed in the least. We had the seafood platter and escargot for appetizers, followed by individual dishes: scallops, lobster ravioli and salmon and ended with the Chocolate cake for dessert. Your choice for food in El Paso, being in the desert and far as you get from the sea probably shouldn't be ours but if you need a change from steak, this is a great choice.
We went on NYE ,The seafood cocktail appetizer was a highlight, and the steak was incredibly tender. Expert wine pairings from Francisco and exceptional service from Martin made for a truly unforgettable evening.
